If you are looking for an individual experience for your event, Earthly Pleasures Café is an exceptional option. We specialise in catering to specific needs and all dietary requirements. All food is made fresh on the day with the finest local and/or organic produce - hand tailored by our team to assure an unforgettable menu. All wine is selected in conjunction with Olinda cellars and is a showcase of premiere Victorian winemakers. For your next wedding reception, party or corporate event carry on the tradition and become a part of the Taunus House story.

We attended the Great Hall of Earthly Pleasures for the wedding reception of my niece. An interesting venue, raw brick, high ceiling, bluestones, old chapel and a heap of history.
The reception was a cocktail party style with a variety of finger food dishes. All the food was great with more than enough to go around.
All the staff were efficient, obliging, helpful, and friendly with lots of smiles.
I wouldn't mind getting back there to try the general caf← menu.
Thoroughly recommended!!
TIP - rather than park on the street go around to the rear of Safeway, heaps of parking and easy access to the Caf←

Attended my nieces wedding function (canapés and cake) Saturday evening. What a fantastic restaurant/café. Sitting out on the front balcony, watching the children play on the lawn as the adults relaxed drinking wine, water and whatever we fancied - brilliant. Then of course the food- stuffed mushrooms, satay chicken, fish bits, samosas, mini chicken rolls, arancini balls to die for, and so much more. All cooked to perfection - and waiting staff that seemed to love their job. Glasses were never left empty and the food just kept coming... they remembered who was a vegetarian and catered to their needs. Please do yourself a favour and visit this wonderful café soon... you won't regret it! Ohh and the toilets.. clean and spacious.

I recently held my 30th birthday at Earthly Pleasures. I have eaten there before for breakfast and lunch, and have always loved the beautiful old building and garden. When searching high and low for a venue in Belgrave, I didn't realise that Earthly Pleasures did functions.
Adam was very friendly and helpful in organising my function. The room was beautifully set up, with a lovely roaring fire and fairy lights all around. The package included drinks and canapes. All of my guests loved the food, as did I. I highly recommend the cafe for a function, with its gorgeous ambience, good food, and friendly staff.a story and let your users know a little more about you.
Debra Lee MacGregor — 5 star I was a guest at a wedding on 22/11/14 and I can only say that the food was superb and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend and I will be going back.
